2017 Ball Hockey Registration

What a better way to improve your hockey skills in the off-season with the best dry land training the game has to offer.

The South Simcoe Ball Hockey Leagues uses full indoor city rinks and runs its season from mid April to late June.

We offer leagues in Barrie, Bradford, Georgina and Innisfil.

We are the only league that is registered as a NOT FOR PROFIT organization in the respected cities/towns and are currently proud members of the OBHF (Ontario Ball Hockey Federation).

We are also the only league that is recognized by the OHF (Ontario Hockey Federation) and Hockey Canada and has the support of the local Ice Hockey Organizations

Players enrolled in our program will increase their ability to read the play while developing stickhandling creativity. They will improve on their hand-eye coordination while building strength and increasing their cardio ability.

We currently offer the following divisions:

• Squirt – 2011-2012 (learn to play)
• Tyke – 2009-2010
• Novice – 2007-2008
• Atom – 2005-2006
• Peewee – 2003-2004
• Highschool – 1999-2002
• Girls U10 – 2007 or after (Barrie only)
• Girls U12 – 2005 or after (Barrie only)
• Girls U14 – 2003 or after (Barrie only)
• Girls U16 – 2001 or after (Barrie only)

All our divisions with the exception of Squirt will receive a Jersey, Shorts and Socks whereas the Squirts will only receive a Jersey.

While we offer a houseleague recreation of play for everyone our more talented individuals will also have the opportunity of being selected for their respective provincial team, which will compete at the South Simcoe Championships and the OBHF Provincials later in the season. At those events there will also be the possibility of being scouted for one of the CBHA Junior Team Canada teams (U16, U18 and U20)
